Initiative Summary
In Ukraine, digital dashboards were developed using available procurement data. They show contract awards, regional road funding, maintenance contracts, and contractor performance. They also compare procuring entities and average road prices per kilometre. This helps civil society, the media, and the public identify red flags linked to inefficiency, limited competition, and corruption.
Practice Lesson
This initiative demonstrates how procurement data can be turned into practical risk signals. It helps identify unusual award patterns, abnormal prices, and repeated contractor results. These signals can support closer review before weak competition or poor delivery becomes entrenched.
