Contracting integrity clauses and legal safeguards

Application

Add and enforce anti-corruption clauses in contracts and related agreements; require record-keeping, audit access, cooperation, and change control so suspicious payments, contract changes, or counterparties can be stopped, investigated, suspended, or removed.
