Initiative Summary
OC4IDS is a shared open-data standard for infrastructure disclosure. It links project-level information from the CoST Infrastructure Data Standard with contract-level data from OCDS. This helps publishers connect infrastructure projects, tender processes, contracts, spending, milestones, and delivery updates in one structure. The standard also guides users on how to publish standardised data, extract infrastructure contracting data from procurement portals, assess disclosed data against CoST IDS, and use the data for infrastructure monitoring.
