Counterparty integrity screening and due diligence

Application

Screen owners, partners, bidders, agents, and other counterparties before engagement at key infrastructure decision stages such as prequalification, bid evaluation, contract award, subcontractor onboarding, and contract modification, and whenever ownership or control changes. Verify beneficial ownership, PEP, sanctions, and related-party risks; and escalate, suspend, or decline engagements where red flags remain unresolved.
