Application

Use stage-gate reviews, independent assurance and quality control protocols at key infrastructure decision points (from project selection and approval through the tender process and major scope, budget, or funding changes) to test readiness, prioritisation, integrity, and value-for-money, document decision rationales and required follow-up, and prevent projects from advancing when these conditions are not met.
